• Sophisticated mapping tool lets you map the specific fields in a GoldMine contact to desired fields. Any data-entry field in Solomon’s Customer Maintenance screen can be linked to a GoldMine field.

• Flexible customer number assignment lets you quickly assign IDs in three different manners. While linking, Solomon Customer IDs can be manually assigned, mapped directly from GoldMine fields using the mapping feature, or automatically incremented and assigned using the auto-number feature.

• Expanded functionality for existing users lets you get up to speed easily. A powerful setup process establishes links if your customers already exist in both GoldMine and Solomon.

• Enhanced order creation function provides more flexibility for large-volume sites. The setup options let you launch either Solomon’s Order Entry or Solomon’s Shipper Entry screens. Added functionality lets you create new customers in Solomon "on-the-fly" if the customer doesn't exist before you start the link.
